What a total joy this house has been!!  Arriving from California, I was excited but a little dubious since we had only seen pictures of your home via the internet. Any apprehension was set aside as we climbed the mountain towards Moonshine Cabin.  I was unprepared for the grandeur seen form all points in the house.  The place itself was fabulous as well as the setting.  (I'd have the dishwasher looked at though) I am not certain I understand Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as we came here for solitude and serenity. Fortunately, when we were up here, the commercialization and mayhem was left behind.  Our exploration of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park was great and we know if we are ever back in the region we'd like to stay here.

The Moonshine Cabin was the perfect place for the our Honeymoon. The Views were great! The Cabin was everything the website says - and more. Complete privacy next to all the conveniences of the two cities. Can not wait to go back.

We just got back from a fabulous 3 days at moonshine cabin!! It was the best vacation ever! The view was spectacular & the hot tub & pool table kept us very busy!!! Keep up the great work, we cannot wait to go back again!!!! Paula & Frank

I don't remember when we enjoyed a cabin as much as we did the Moonshine Cabin. I can't wait until next year so we can return again. It will be like going home only better. Thanks for a great home away from home.

It was a very peaceful spot and felt like a little bit of heaven. I would recommend it for anyone in need of some tranquility. If one feels the desire to get out and be part of the tourist life, all you have to do is go down the mountain. One has the ability of two worlds at this spot.

Just wanted to say how my lover and I enjoyed the cabin. It was so beautiful! We didn't want to leave. We are already planning are next trip there! The views are incredible and the cabin was very well kept. There is not enough space or time to really tell how much of a gem this place is!!!

The cabin was fabulous. We ate every breakfast and dinner there, enjoying the deck and beautiful vistas as often as possible. For a week I forgot I had a job. I can't think of a more tranquil, gorgeous place to get away from it all.

Thanks for the great time. Your cabin is the best we have stayed in by far. Your pictures on the web site don't do any justice to the views. We had an unbelievable time here. The hot tub was the best. We wore the dart board out! LOL! We did take advantage and stayed one more day and left on Thursday morning. And it was truly hard to leave then. We could stay here forever. Your comment on the web site is correct, this is a piece of heaven!! We are making plans now to come back very, very soon, So I will be in contact with you about making reservations. We have decided this is the only place to stay here now. We took some panoramic pictures so if any turn out well I will send them to you.

Hey, had a wonderful time...will want to rent it again for our anniversary next year...will be in touch soon about it....had a wonderful view...only rained two days but it was nice when the fog would come over the mountains.

I am sorry about the blind! The fire alarm turned out to be a good joke cause I like hot showers and he likes them cold. So he teases me about mine being so hot they have to call the fire department.! We definitely want to go back. We absolutely loved it. I was sorry to leave. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

The cabin was wonderful! The mantle is beautiful. We had a great time. What a view!!! I have hit ground running since we came home, but will get your key in the mail tomorrow. We had a dog come up the 2nd or 3rd day that "moved in" under the deck. We tried to get rid of him, but he kept coming back. We tried to find where he came from and even called the animal control people (who were on vacation) but to no avail. He made a good watch dog, but was a pest too. I will tell friends about the cabin. We would like to come again sometime too.

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time in the cabin-it was very nice. My children 17,14, and 9 especially enjoyed the pool table. We never tried the **** code on the alarm because the phone wasn't working and we didn't want another visit from the police. FYI- the police did come check us out on Sunday when the alarm went off and they wanted a local name and number which I didn't give them because I didn't have it at the time. But I did give them your name and number. Your neighbor in the white farm house at the bottom of the hill was nice We were using his nickel when we called that evening about restoring the water. Please tell him again for me how much we appreciate his assistance. We would love to come back some time but don't know when that will be. It is a long way from here (over 900 miles) Thanks again for a wonderful vacation spot. The view was gorgeous when we could see through the clouds.

We just wanted to thank you for such an enjoyable time in the Smoky's. We both have never been to this area before. The restaurant you recommended to us was excellent! ( The Peddler) You were right about their service--we were amazed. We thoroughly enjoyed your house and hot tub. What a View!!!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! Yes, the beds were great and we will probably come down again around March. That place is my dream home--hopefully one day I will be able to afford such a place!!!!!! But yeah we had a great time--especially when you are in love with the person that you are with!!!
