Rental Information |
| The weekly rate is any 7 nights in a
row. No Saturday check-ins. Self check in after 3:00 p.m. and self check out at 10:00
a.m. Rates do not include 9.5% lodging tax. |

Payment Information |
| A $300.00 deposit is due when you
place the reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your
total rental amount. You will receive the key(s) , rental
agreement and an invoice for the balance 30 days prior to your stay.
Returning guests can enjoy a 15% discount or their original rate,
which ever is lower. |

Cancellation Policy |
| If you must cancel, do
so prior to 60 days so the condo can be re-rented. If cabin is
re-rented you will receive your reservation deposit less $65.00
cancellation fee, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. If an
emergency occurs less than 60 days prior to your arrival and you
must cancel, please call ASAP and every effort will be made to
re-rent it. |

Severe Weather Policy |
| If snow/ice or other extreme weather
conditions occur and evacuation is necessary, a refund will be given
for the days you were unable to stay. |

Pet Policy |
| A mature, housebroken pet is allowed
with a $50.00 pet fee. They must be on a flea and tick
program. |
